Return / Refund Policy

At Crystal Nest, we want you to love your shopping experience. Our goal is to ensure that every visit to our site leaves you feeling satisfied and eager to return. If you change your mind or decide that an item isn't quite right for you, we offer an easy return process.

 

How to Return Your Order

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact our team at hello@crystalnest.co.uk or use our “Contact Us” form to start the return process.

Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Return Postage & Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your order unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For your convenience, we will provide you with a return postage label. Please note that return postage fees will be deducted from your total refund where applicable.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please also note, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items:

  • Opened Essential Oils
  • Used Water Bottles
  • Used Earrings

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our friendly customer support team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the item.

This applies only where the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations, or reasonable wear and tear.

 

Packaging and Return Instructions

To ensure a smooth return process, please:

  • Return items in their original, undamaged packaging
  • Include the delivery note
  • Obtain proof of postage in case the parcel goes astray during transit

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
