All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked services.

Overall estimated delivery timeframe: 3–5 working days.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Service & Costs

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail tracked services:

• Royal Mail Tracked48 (up to 2kg): £3.55
• Heavy / oversized items (over 2kg): £6.75

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the parcel is delivered based on the information supplied, Crystal Nest cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.

Safe Place & Alternative Deliveries

If you request delivery to a safe place, neighbour, or collection point, responsibility transfers once delivery has been confirmed by Royal Mail.
