At Crystal Nest, we carefully pack every order with love and intention to ensure your items arrive safely and securely.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked services.
Please allow approximately 3–5 working days from placing your order to delivery.
During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday or promotional events, processing and delivery may take a little longer.
Delivery Service & Costs
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services:
- FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £65
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (up to 2kg) — £4.99
- Heavy / Oversized Delivery (over 2kg) — £7.99
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the parcel is delivered based on the information supplied, Crystal Nest cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
In such cases, we are unable to guarantee a replacement or refund. Please contact us at hello@crystalnest.co.uk, and we will do our best to assist you.
Safe Place & Alternative Deliveries
If you request delivery to a safe place, neighbour, or collection point, responsibility transfers once delivery has been confirmed by Royal Mail.
